NOAA is committed to promoting electronic business practices. This site provides links to electronic acquisition programs like NITES (NOAA IT Electronic Store), to electronic forms that assist in improving the administrative work flow, and to government-wide efforts to provide better services to the public electronically.

• NOAA Information Technology Electronic Store (NITES) provides Department of Commerce organizations with means for the streamlined acquisition of IT products and professional services to meet NOAA mission needs.

• NOAA Electronic Forms provides the most current, approved edition of NOAA administrative electronic Adobe Acrobat PDF fillable forms.

• The Department's Forms Management web site provides the most current, approved edition of Commerce Department (CD) electronic Adobe Acrobat PDF fillable forms. Linked to this site are OPM and GSA (for SF and GSA electronic forms) and other Department of Commerce Operating Unit forms web sites.

• The Federal Electronic Commerce Office (co-chaired by GSA and DOD) works with Federal agencies, OMB, and others to coordinate, monitor, and report on the government-wide implementation of electronic commerce.
