Best Forex Trading Signals
There are very few forex trading signals providers that are genuinely consistently profitable month after month. There are many that claim to be and have impressive looking performance records but very often it transpires that they massage their numbers, and use hypothetical figures in their calculations, rather than trade their signals themselves.
I've come across many different forex signals providers in my time. It's hard not to as the internet's full of them. Nearly all of them have turned out to be a waste of time. I thought I'd found a great site a while back in the shape of Forex Live Pro, but after having several highly profitable months, even they ended up going on a losing streak and have since closed down.
That's why there's only one company that I'm more than happy to recommend and that's Zulu Trade.
Zulu Trade is basically an extensive database consisting of some of the best forex traders from around the world. You can trade any of the signals that these traders provide automatically in your Zulu Trade account. All you do is open an account, deposit some cash, and choose which traders' signals you wish to trade (based on their past performance record). Then whenever the signals are provided by your chosen provider(s), the same positions are opened and closed automatically on your behalf in your account.

Forex Trading Strategies And Systems
Forex Trading Strategies And Systems
I've been trading the forex markets for several years now so I've developed quite a few different systems in my time. However there are some that are more profitable than others, so let me share you with you some of my most profitable forex trading strategies.
4 Hour Trading Strategy
I created this trading strategy myself and have been using it for several years now. This one system has generated more profits that any other system I have ever used, and yet it's surprisingly simple.
I simply look at the daily trend for a particular currency pair (usually the GBP/USD, EUR/USD or USD/JPY pair) using a very simple but effective technical indicator, then I wait for two EMAs (exponential moving averages) to cross over in the same direction on the 4 hour chart.
I will then enter a position (usually after a slight pull-back) and will employ a two-part exit strategy to maximize my profits. One half of the position will be closed out early for a safe profit, and the other half will be left to run for as long as possible in order to capture those really big price moves.
As I say, this particular forex trading strategy is highly effective, as regular readers of my blog will know because I share my trading results every week in my 'Weekly Trading Updates'.
Anyway if you would like to read all about my 4 hour trading method, you can access it (for free) by filling in the short form to the right and subscribing to my newsletter.
The only problem with trading this strategy is that there will always be quiet periods and particular days where you know you are not going to get any set-ups on any of the major currency pairs. Therefore at times like these I will often employ some of the other trading methods that I keep in reserve:
CCI Divergence Trading System
This is a forex system that I've recently created and it basically uses the popular CCI indicator with two different settings. The key here is to wait until there is divergence between both of the CCI indicators at the same time because this will give you a set-up with a very high success rate.
You don't get that many good set-ups per day using this trading strategy, but when you do, you are likely to make some decent profits because it is a very high probability set-up.
I have discussed this particular strategy elsewhere on this blog so please click here if you want to find out more about this CCI Divergence Trading System.
Forex Income Engine 2.0 Methods
At the time of writing (20 June 2009) I've just started using the three day trading methods included in the Forex Income Engine 2.0 course as well. I've always been quite sceptical about many of the short-term forex methods that I come across, but I've been very impressed with these three methods so far because they do actually produce some very good returns.
Anyway if you would like more details about each of these methods you can read all about them on my Forex Income Engine 2.0 review page.
Forex Nitty Gritty Method
This trading method was included in the Forex Nitty Gritty course and although it is a very basic method, it is actually surprisingly effective. The goal is to look for pairs that are in strong upward or downward trends, wait for a pull-back, and then enter a trade if the trend continues.
I've been using this method on the 15 minute charts for quite a while now and it has always performed well for me because these continuation trends occur all the time.
Again if you would like to find out more about this particular trading method, you may like to read my full review of Forex Nitty Gritty.
Long-Term Trading Strategy
I'm not really a long-term trader but I do occasionally open a position if a good trading opportunity arises. I will usually use the daily charts for these trades and will look at a variety of indicators such as the 200 day moving average, the super trend indicator, established support and resistance levels, fibonacci levels if applicable, and Market club's excellent trading signals.
I will regularly post my long-term analysis of the various currency pairs on this blog, but I will only follow this up with an actual trade if I'm really confident about my predictions.
Other Forex Trading Strategies
Finally as well as all of the trading systems and strategies listed on this page, I also have a few breakout strategies that I like to use when a good opportunity presents itself. I'm also constantly testing out new ideas and reviewing the various trading systems that I get sent regularly by product owners who want me to promote their product.
However for the most part it's my 4 hour trading strategy that I spend most time on because this is my core system which generates the most consistent and reliable profits. All of the other forex trading systems are used to boost my trading pot during the quieter periods of the week.
Rupee may depreciate further after IMF Programme
KARACHI - Pakistan s currency seems to be more vulnerable and volatile against US dollar in the first quarter of new financial year (QI-FY2011) due to government s indecisiveness regarding the resumption of IMF SBA-supported programme in the country following its completion in December 2010.
Trading in a Forex Arena
The primary market for currencies is the connecting market where banks, insurance companies, government, public sector, large corporations and financial institutions mange the risks related with fluctuations in currency rates.
Precautions of trading during volatility in market
The traders have seen opportunity during the volatility in the market. These ups and downs in the market indicate unnecessary movement which can cause potential loss especially if traders do not take the necessary action. In the mean value, traders need to adjust their strategy to pay costs of inconsistent market. This time traders should take necessary steps. Following are the rules are as;
Risk management tools can improve the UAE banks progress
This is to more severe without monitor and controls, risk can not be minimized while in diverse investment, range of risk management tools ensure their competitiveness across the world should be fully implemented such as; Basel-II. A global implementation of the Basel-II- is a cycle of proposals on banking laws and regulations to create an international standard. There has been a major risk that can come from uncertainty in financial markets, project failures, legal liabilities, credit risk, accidents, natural causes and disasters as well as deliberate attacks from an adversary.
Oil demand dropped to $73, impact on crude future
Crude oil dropped towards $72.85 per barrel due to uneven trade while Dollar is strengthened against the euro. Since late in the first week of January, petroleum spot and futures prices have fallen by about $9 per barrel. In this regard, manor shift in winter weather has impact on heating fuels in the United States and globally, is one factor that effect crude oil market. There have been other factors including slow economic recovery that will impact on petroleum demand. As from the OPEC narration, there had been expected to rise in production by the G-11 members dependent on oil yield limit.
Dubai future growth expectations
The landmark of investors has been still to seeking the potential, which will embark a highest level. Though the world are in economic recovery phase while this region has a hindrance as lending remains rigid. Although, Dubai World have been struggling to resolve its debt that stands still $26 billion. In the month of the January Dubai stock exchange fell by 15% due to uncertainty in the restructure. Currently, world will be watching on Dubai World to hope the reformation of Dubai World remaining $22 billion debt whether the risk would be higher to reach ahead.
Introduction to Information Technology
"The branch of engineering that deals with the use of computers and telecommunications to retrieve and store and transmit information".
"Information technology (IT), as defined by the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), is "the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware".
"The practice of creating and/or studying computer systems and applications; (Can we verify this sense?) the computing department of an organization".
"Any equipment or interconnected system or subsystem of equipment, that is used in the automatic acquisition, storage, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission, or reception of data or information".
This course is designed to be a guidance course that will cover what exactly Information Technology is and what Computer Science is. The goal of this course if to help you understand what you want to gain from your use of wikiversity and will help you plan what school in wikiversity you can find courses that will help you out will be. Also if your plan is to stay in the School of Information Technology we can help you plan your schedule and get you on a path to success.

School Information Technology
Part of Engineering and Technology
Information Technology (IT) is a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing information. IT provides supports the use of electronic computers and computer software to convert, store, protect, process, transmit, and retrieve information. IT is a field which aids in making useful and sustainable the technology which Computer Science provides.
Note: more than one Wikiversity school can 'contain' departments that are 'contained' by "Topic:Information Technology"; schools should cooperate to develop the departments that they have in common. No turf wars should be fought over "ownership" of departments.
Computer programming
Computer Programming is a field that involves the methodology behind the programming, software abstraction, algorithms, data structures, design, testing, and maintenance of computer software.
Computer Architecture
In computer engineering, computer architecture is the conceptual design and fundamental operational structure of a computer system. It is a blueprint and functional description of requirements (especially speeds and interconnections) and design implementations for the various parts of a computer — focusing largely on the way by which the central processing unit (CPU) performs internally and accesses addresses in memory.
It may also be defined as the science and art of selecting and interconnecting hardware components to create computers that meet functional, performance and cost goals.
"Architecture" therefore typically refers to the fixed internal structure of the CPU (i.e. electronic switches to represent logic gates) to perform logical operations, and may also include the built-in interface (i.e. opcodes) by which hardware resources (i.e. CPU, memory, and also motherboard, peripherals) may be used by the software.
More specific usages of the term include:
The design of a computer's CPU architecture, instruction set, addressing modes, and techniques such as SIMD and MIMD parallelism. More general wider-scale hardware architectures, such as cluster computing and Non-Uniform Memory Access (NUMA) architectures. The set of machine attributes that a programmer should understand to successfully program the computer. Parts of the architecture are the instructions and the width of operands. The system frequency (e.g. 1 GHz) is not part of the architecture.
Web Design
Web Design is an incredibly fun skill to learn - combining the latest toys of technology with the creativity of design! On top of that, learning web design is unique in that we can learn directly from current professionals who publish their techniques for all to read on their own Web-logs!
You'll find below a growing number of topics that we think provide a good foundation for any web designer. We're also working on the requirements for formal qualifications, so you can start collecting evidence of your skills towards a formal qualification in your country. Of course, if you have anything to add or improve then please join us and contribute!
Web development
Web Development as opposed to Web Design is the process of creating websites with functionality above and beyond displaying static content. While Web Design is concerned with the layout, look and feel and aesthetics of a website, Web Development is concerned with how that content is delivered, where it is stored, who can edit it, and what viewers can do with it.
Green IT
Green IT (Green ICT or Green Computing) is the study and practice of using computers and telecommunications in a way which maximizes positive environmental benefit and minimizes the negative impact. Energy efficiency of equipment is a major concern of Green ICT, but also the energy embodied in the equipment and the use of materials and how they are recycled. Green ICT seeks to guide technological implementation using accepted management practices, in support of business.
Artificial intelligence
Part of the School of Computer Science
Four approaches summarize past attempts to define the field:
- The study of systems that think like humans.
- The study of systems that think rationally.
- The study of systems that act like humans.
- The study of systems that act rationally.
Of these approaches, the former two are considered to be "white-box" approaches because they require our analysis of intelligence to be based on the rationale for the behaviour rather than the behavior itself. The latter two are considered "black-box" approaches because they operationalize intelligence by measuring performance over a task domain. We prefer the latter two because they allow for quantitative comparisons between systems rather than requiring a qualitative comparison of rationales. We realize that the ultimate performance of a system will depend heavily on the task domain that it is situated in, and this motivates our preference for studying activity (behavior) rather than thought (rationale).
Although the third approach, (known as cognitive modeling), is of great importance to cognitive scientists, we concern ourselves with the fourth approach. Of the four, this approach allows to consider the performance of a theoretical system that yields the behavior optimally suited to achieve its goals, given the information available to it.
This approach motivates us to provide a model for our intelligent systems known as the intelligent agent.
IT Security Program Mission
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has established and implemented an Information Technology (IT) Security Program which provides reasonable and acceptable assurance that IT systems are performing as specified; that information is provided adequate protection; that data and software integrity is maintained; and, that unplanned disruptions of processing will not seriously impact mission accomplishment.
The NOAA IT Security Program implements policies, standards, and procedures which are consistent with government-wide laws and regulations, to assure an adequate level of protection for IT systems whether maintained in-house or commercially. The "Computer Security Act of 1987," Public Law 100-235 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-130 require all federal agencies to plan for the security of all IT systems throughout their life cycle. OMB Circular A-130 also establishes a minimum set of controls to be included in Federal IT security programs. The circular directs agencies to assure:
- That IT systems operate effectively and accurately;
- That there are appropriate technical, personnel, administrative, physical, environmental, and telecommunications safeguards in IT systems;
- That the continuity of the operations of IT systems that support critical agency functions is preserved.
The Government Information Security Reform Act (GISRA), Title X, subtitle G, of P.L. 106-398, addresses the program management and evaluation aspects of IT security.
NOAA IT Security Program policies represent management's commitment to assuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and control of NOAA's IT resources.
NOAA established a formal incident response capability named the NOAA Computer Incident Response Team (N-CIRT) in 1999. The N-CIRT operational duties include incident response, sharing of common vulnerabilities to the NOAA community, training on proper configurations for security, etc. The N-CIRT coordinates incident response and is responsible for acting as a source of expertise and information regarding vulnerabilities and responses to them, as pertains to the NOAA environment.
This page provides information, tools, and documents used to support the NOAA IT Security Office.
Information Quality
In response to Section 515 of the Treasury and General Government Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (Public Law 106-554), and to implement guidelines issued by the Office of Management and Budget, NOAA has issued Information Quality Guidelines for ensuring and maximizing the quality, objectivity, utility, and integrity of information which it disseminates. The NOAA guidelines also establish an administrative mechanism allowing affected persons to seek and obtain correction of information that does not comply with OMB or NOAA applicable guidelines.
NOAA Information Quality Guidelines
OMB's Final Information Quality Bulletin for Peer Review (OMB Peer Review Bulletin) directs federal agencies to adopt or adapt the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) policy for evaluating conflicts of interest when selecting peer reviewers who are not federal government employees. (Federal employees are subject to federal ethics requirements.) NOAA has adapted the NAS policy. The OMB Peer Review Bulletin and the NOAA conflicts policy as adapted ("NOAA COI Policy") appear below.
Disclosure forms for non-federal government peer reviewers, per NOAA COI Policy:
Confidential Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form for General Scientific and Technical Studies and Assistance (Microsoft Word file) (Editable pdf fillable form)
Confidential Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form for Studies Related to Government Regulation (Microsoft Word file) (Editable pdf fillable form)
Saving a completed fillable pdf form in Adobe Reader: The free version of Adobe Reader does not presently allow the user to directly save a completed form. However, this can be accomplished indirectly as follows:
- Completely fill out the form; edit it for mistakes; sign it. Select File>Print… The Print box will appear. Click on the drop-down menu for printer selection and select “Adobe PDF.”
- Click “Print.” Rather than printing a paper copy of the document, Reader will produce a .pdf file. Enter a unique name and save it to somewhere you can find it again. This file is a new .pdf file with your entries. Submit this version, along with a copy of your CV, to the NOAA office coordinating the peer review.
